Custom Orders and Pre-Orders
• Due to the nature of custom desserts, all custom and pre-orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us at least [24 hours] in advance to avoid production charges.
Standard Orders
• Refunds are available for standard orders if the request is made before production or preparation begins.
• If your order has already been prepared, no refunds will be issued.
Issues with Your Order
If you are not satisfied with your order or there is an issue, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your desserts. We will work with you to address the problem. Examples of eligible issues include:
• Incorrect items delivered.
• Damaged desserts upon delivery (please provide photos).
We may offer the following solutions depending on the situation:

• Store credit for a future purchase.
Delivery and Pickup Policy
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.
• For local pickups, please ensure you collect your order at the agreed-upon time to maintain freshness.
Shipping Policy
• We do our best to package desserts securely for shipping. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during transit.
